Does anyone know the best way to scan an old image from a journal in the best possible quality?

I have an old journal with an old 4x8 pasted in it, which I can't remove. I need to scan it an blow it up a bit if possible. Any ideas on how to do this? Would a phone picture be sufficient for a reprint only twice that size? Thanks. via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2ueogpt
