What can I do to make my detailed Reborn doll look like she was just born (via photos)?

My reborn has a lot of details and facial color, especially purple creasing near the eyes. I have a hospital blanket and magnet soothies and her hair is able to be wetted and her head can be posed. What can I do to make her look like she was just born moments ago for photos? Any lighting/effect advice for you photographers out there? via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2tSpOTk
