Making an online portfolio/website - is Koken still used by many?

Is koken still a viable option? I've read that it was no longer being supported. Does anyone here still use it? If so what host is recommended? I was able to make and host a site locally but I am unsure of what host to use. via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2tQooJ1
